Tocotrienols and Tocopherols
Tocotrienols and Tocopherols should not be taken together.
It is best to takeTocopherols in the morning and Tocotrienols at supper time for best health.
That is what makes this product so good.

The right part matters
I have a Pioneer PL12D turntable.
When the belt that came with it wore out I got a replacement of proper length but it was too narrow.
This effected the speed (Too Fast) because it only rode on the center of the pulley. The center of the pulley is slightly larger then the outside.
Now that I have a drive belt that is to factory specifications (wider) And covers the whole drive pulley the player runs at perfect speed.
