Service

Had bought one of these from another seller and had service transfered. Worked. Unplugged it a while back then 1 1/2 year later plugged it back in to find out that Tivo deactivated it. Tivo said sorry once the device is deactivated it can't be reactivated. Worse support ever. Called Tivo during a day at 4 pm and was told the upper tech are to busy to look at my problem and for me to try calling the next day. Called the next morning at 8 am. Been on hold for 40 min and problem still exsist. Invest your money in a newer box that streams............................................
