Indispensable for a good night's sleep
A lot more expensive than a number of the copies you can buy out there, which only just about last the night before peeling off. If you are careful, however, you can peel the Breathe Right's off your nose the next morning, lay them back on the backing strips and use them for a 2nd night as I have done so for the past 3 years or so, the adhesive is that strong. This cuts down the cost per strip by half and then end up not much more expensive than the copy strips.
I suffer from a deviated septum, to which I have had surgery a number of years ago to try and correct, without much success. I'm trying to hold off for more surgery so turned to these strips, which open up my nostrils really well and allow me a great night's undisturbed sleep. The adhesive they use is a medical grade, I believe and have not given me any adverse skin effects in all the years I have used them.

Flawed with lack of any instructions and cheap and nasty bolts.
I accept this product is advertised as being sold without instructions and should be fitted by a garage, but even a garage would struggle a little without instructions for this product. I still cannot understand why they aren't provided. It caused me no end of problems as all the 4 brackets are specific to one position only but are not marked. Also, when tightening down the smaller inner bracket rivnut, one of the poor quality bolts provided, sheared after minimal torque(I'm an engineer and well experienced with rivnuts). I had to drill it out and fit a larger rivnut, which i went out and purchased. Not a product I would recommend to anyone who has no basic engineering knowledge.
