FRANK ZAPPA ZOOT ALLURES BS 2970

One of Zappa's best '70's albums....
The songs & performances are of a consistent, high quality. "Black Napkins" is a real favorite, a top notch example of Frank's incredible guitar playing! "The Torture Never Stops", is pretty amazing as well....

Great album
This is great jazz-fusion type stuff. Excellent musicianship, with Phil Collins just killing it on the drums.......

Excellent German progressive-rock band!!!
Frumpy is an early '70's band from Germany that I'd been meaning to check out for a while. It appeared that "Frumpy 2" was their most highly regarded work. And as it turns out, there is good reason for that. It is a really fantastic release! The musicianship is excellent(especially the guitar & keyboard playing) & Inga Rumpf's vocals are very good as well. There are only four tracks on the CD, each one lasting seven minutes or more, all of them great. For anyone who likes '70's progressive rock, "Frumpy 2" is HIGHLY recommended!!!
