Shockingly bad

It started with the instructions which were tiny and vague. For instance where is the left and right on a gate? Of course it depends which side of the gate your are on - not according to the instructions. The rest made about the same level of sense. So you end up just figuring it out yourself - but worse is to come... It comes with some little metal lugs that you put in tiny and hard-to-get at little holes and you get a little metal rod to stick in one of the little holes to get leverage to create the tension which allows the gate to close. Does it hell! After half an hours use, the tension gets weaker and weaker and the gate just does what the gate always did without all this faff. Don't bother with this thing, employ a full time gardener instead to open and close yer gate, it'll be far less frustrating and you'll have someone who can make tea for you too.
