Audiovox D1812 - Is this a good player?

I personally own over forty small portable DVD players for what I do. This Audiovox D1812 player has a genuine issue with reliability. Of the thirty+ of these Audiovox D1812 DVD players that I own, only four of them still function. Because I have purchased so many, I have been reduced to trying to repair them myself to keep some of them functioning. This may not be your first best choice for a portable DVD player. Regards Jack
