    Actual battery pack in a box too narrow & generally wrong size. Pack itself forced flat & fully open with top flap removed + torn pack edge. Batteries all over box (I suspected when I noticed movement & rattling before opening) & possibly won't last as long as they should. Parcel Force lied on tracking about texting me at 1st delivery attempt, when they don't even have my number. I had no idea they were coming days early. Met driver on delivery who was downright rude with an aggressive manner.

    Hello, My apologies that you were not satisfied with the items received. However, you could have also taken the following steps if your items were damaged: Inspected the order before signing for it or as soon as possible afterwards. If goods were damaged at the time you received them you could have either refused delivery, refused to accept the goods in question, or returned them to us. You also did not supply us with your mobile number when ordered or requested this later. Thanks
