Excellent book, love learning about new concepts.
4 of 4 found this helpful If you are open to new concepts and new ways of thinking, I’d highly recommend this book.
However, If you are not ready to “chill your brain” and are constantly rushing about at 150mph then it’s probably not for you just yet.
It’s a great way of focusing yourself and trying not to let our busy thoughts take over. Give it a try 😊
