Worth having one in toolbox
Useful and inexpensive device, easy to use with bright LED light and very positive live voltage indication.

Superb well made Pizza Oven
3 of 3 found this helpful This Ferrari Pizza Oven is an excellent and well made product. It has a solid feel and is nicely finished. I have now tried it for the first time using some home-made pizza dough, tomato pizza topping, grated mozzarella and pepperoni. The oven has to be preheated for 10 minutes between the 2 ½ and 3 settings on the heat control and the pizza can then be placed on the refractory stone. The pilot light should still be on when the lid is closed on the pizza. I kept the same heat setting, and in just over 4 minutes the pizza was ready and cooked to perfection. The bottom had a great lightly dappled look and was really crisp. It all looked and tasted great so I am delighted with it and happy to recommend. Frozen pizzas can also be cooked but need to stand at room temperature for 10 mins before being cooked. The two pizza paddles are now aluminium with plastic handles and are quite useful if you don’t have a peel.

A product that works well.
Bought to use on cutting boards. It seems readily absorbed into most woods without leaving a sticky residue and seems to protect against absorbtion of staining food products ie Pepperoni pizza red oil stains etc. Postage is quite expensive but probably due to the weight. Seems best added sparingly and rubbed across the board uniformly.
