Delicious omelettes

I was recommended this product by a friend who, like me, cannot cook an omelette. I mixed up three eggs, a splash of milk and a handful of grated cheese while the omelette maker warmed up. Cooked it for six minutes and it was perfectly cooked through, no runny egg. Puffy, a bit like a half moon soufflé. Delicious. Wiped it out afterwards, very easy to clean.

Fantastic

I was at the end of my tether, waking up 5-6 times a night, boiling hot, plus the random flushes through the day. I mentioned it to my great aunt (age 85) who told me her mother used to boil sage and drink the brew and it alleviated her symptoms. I bought the Dr Vogel type as they had a higher concentration of sage. Within three weeks, the flushes had stopped completely. I have now been taking them for 18 months. I ran out a while back and went four days without taking one and the flushes returned. they definitely work. Give it a month and feel the effects 🙂
