1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this DVD to make a bit of a change from the aerobics DVDs I already own, which are pretty typical aerobics routines. I also thought it might help improve my co-ordination and be fun to learn a few dance moves.
The DVD moves at quite a pace, never gives you any chance to actually learn the moves and frequently the close-up is on the dancer's face and torso rather than his feet. The warm-up itself left my calf muscles burning and my knees feeling like they were going to implode. I'm not unfit - I walk at least 3 miles a day and am in constant rehearsal for various shows, as well as doing a couple of hours aerobics a week. I couldn't keep up with the pace of this and my knees didn't forgive me for days. Neither did I learn any dance moves.
My recommendation - don't bother.

Really lovely, sturdy coffee table
