Great performer
1 of 1 found this helpful The grinder is easy to assemble. The meat goes through the grinder very easily and quickly. I have only used it to grind meat so I cannot comment on the sausage making part. You do need quite strong wrists to disassemble the parts after use - I think I maybe screwed the fixing ring on more tightly than was necessary though. I am pleased with the grinder and would recommend it. Although the machine is not really compact, it is not really big and it is not heavy.
