  The packaging was flimsy, a single layer of brown paper envelope and the parcel became damaged in transit, split wide open open, the post office carefully resealed it in a clear plastic postage bag and sent apologies, for the delay and damage, with advice about claiming for loss of contents or damage to them. May I suggest plan to use more robust packing in future with two layers, to avoid similar problems? The item seems to have survived fortunately and many thanks for selling.

  Postage and packaging all good from this seller. It was very good value and, although the colour was a little greener than I thought in the photo, it actually looks great on. My father is a beekeeper so I shall wear this bee jumper next time I visit him. :-)
