  A little disappointed with my 75yr old Helena Rubinstein lipstick. The condition I feel is not as good as described. I am also disappointed with the postage and the packaging. The advert stated postage of £3.49 so I was expecting it be posted in a box and not the small piece of bubble wrap and the cardboard envelope that I received with a 75p stamp. Unfortunately the advert states that I am unable to return it. On a positive the seller was sorry and offered to refund some of the postage costs.

  The item was photographed and described in an honest way. I packed it well with bubble wrap and cardboard as was so tiny. It arrived undamaged, so no packing issues. Yes over estimated the postage so offered a refund of most of the postage which wasn’t accepted. I feel it was quite unfair to leave me negative feedback.
