  Very rude, abprupt, and not very understanding. Unfortunately parcel didn’t arrive on time. I did everything I could, but buyer was impatient. I ended up giving a full refund just to get the messages to stop. She informed me that it had arrived but was damaged. There was nothing wrong with it. I asked for my refund back, she said no. Eventually, she offered a partial refund. But had trouble sending the money over. I got it eventually, but I would avoid this buyer
