Works great but needs a cover
1 of 1 found this helpful Holds the heat much better than my previous gel mask which was heated in hot water but doesn't have a removable washable cover. I know from experience that the mask will soon get grubby and so I'm having to put it into the cover from my old mask.

Not as shown
I did not receive the item pictured/described . It is an e-cloth brand bottle but it's not the original blue one. It's a different shape, different colour (see thro' - will go green in time) and the important bit, the spray mechanism is lighter weight and lower quality. I only ordered this item because I've had an original blue bottle for years and it's so good when compared to the average spray bottle that I wanted another one to keep in the bathroom. Too much trouble to return, but I'm very disappointed.
