  Very little communication. I made multiple offers and had to chase for an answer on the 2nd pad. I asked for combined postage and recieved little communication to the point I had to just pay for 2 postage costs for the 2 items to come packages and tapes together....so paid far more in postage than I should have. States pad is in perfect condition but arrived dirty and not clean on skin side of the pad. Very disappointed in experience
