Don't get one, they only reply when it suits them
3 of 3 found this helpful The fan doesn't work, they've made it so hard to arrange a collection. I'm disabled and I can't carry it to a post office, I also don't have a printer so i can't print a returns label off, why is it so hard just to send a label out? Might need a heater for winter by the time they sort this out, send out a label, arrange for Hermes to collect AGAIN, then send out a new one, simple.
