Not quite good enough
1 of 1 found this helpful It's stylish, the fit and finish of the plastics is good, the "washable under a running tap" feature encourages cleanliness......But, it doesn't give a close shave wet or dry unless you go over and over the same area many times in many directions.
I don't know why, perhaps the motor may not run a high enough r.p.m., it feels very light in weight, perhaps the screen and cutters are inferior. The central interceptor cutter between the 2 half round screens cuts my lip.The sideburn trimmer part way down the side cannot be used as an eyebrow trimmer because your view in the mirror is obscured by the razor head..
So, if you have plenty of time to keep shaving the same area several times, then you'll get a close shave eventually.
All of the above comments are made by a user of Remington shavers for nearly 60 years. My first MS microscreens were mains power only and you had to brush out the whisker dust manually, but they did the job.
As the years progressed, I've had a couple of Remington MS2's, a couple of F series, a couple of MS52?? (not sure of exact model) and found that they all got lighter, cheaper and not quite as good as the predecessor's.
Pity that; because " I liked the Remington Company so much, I kept buying them" as Victor Kiam nearly said.

Excellent.
Inflated a flat car tyre to 30psi in a few minutes enabling me to drive to tyre dealers.
