  I have ordered this item as a birthday present for my mother on the 17.8, I have paid almost 100eur for it. After a week, the shipment wasn’t updated so I have contacted the seller, no answer, after two weeks I have contacted again, no answer, I have contacted eBay and was told I have to wait until 21 of September before I can take any action. My mother was without a birthday present and my 100 euro which I had saved to buy her present was taken away for month and half!!!! Thanks!
