Not as good as they think they are
For $400 bins they are not best-in-class

Swarovski CTC 30x75 Straight draw tube extendable scope -  immaculate condition
24 Aug, 2018
Light-weight perfection
With all the excellence of Swarovski optics the draw-tube scope has many advantages over the traditional refracting scopes not least the weight. It's about 50% lighter than the equivalent modular Swarovski scope, more robust and quicker and easier to use Often a tripod isn't needed; leaning it against a tree or post will give you steady images Slung across your shoulder you won't notice its meagre weight and will find it liberating if you're used to dragging a heavy tripod and scope around all day
The Searchers DVD (2005) John Wayne

Classic JW, classic western
An historic piece of Hollywood. Cruel and unfathomable "indians", brave cowboys. Monument Valley was there, a cavalry charge, scalping. The lot. The story was edited severely but still just about coherent I had "Soldier Blue" in mind and wondered at the giant steps between the 50s and the 60s ... and how we seem to be going backwards now!
