Disappointed by DeWalt 1000W Inverter performance
2 of 2 found this helpful I was expecting more from DeWalt but many other inverters perform better. Once the internal fuse blows, it’s rendered useless because it’s not user serviceable. Actually to can use the 140 Watt portion but not the 1000 Watt portion. Other inverters have their main fuse on the outside which makes it easier to replace.

I Will Not but a 4th Q-See DVR
This review does not reflect any sellers but the actual quality of Q-See DVRs. The 3 DVRs that I have purchased always required a call to Q-See and for the products out of Warrenty the only option is to chat. The support is ok to resolve software or config issues, but when it is a hardware problem you are out of luck. The harddrives do not last long ( I guess the constant read/write is too much for it) but you get plenty of notice when a drive begins to fail, the access to videos is slow and some cameras don't record any video when they are set to all record during a motion detection.
All 3 DVRs now have bad motherboards and are just paperweights because it would cost more to repair then the unit is worth. I am basically stuck with 24 cameras that I will not be using anymore because I am looking at a better product from a different company and I'd comes with it's own cameras.
The video quality is bad compared to other systems in the same price range.
The night vision is only good if you want to detect shadows on the after the 1/2 mark of the camera range.
Mobile view is difficult to setup and modifications to the router config are needed to open ports for streaming.
Day/Night view setting work great for one or the other but not both. If you set camera specs (contrast/saturation/brightness etc) for day view, the night view is bad. The same if you adjust it for night, the day view is bad. The recordings will be good only if you keep changing the setting every day and night.
