    Seller promised to send out item on the Tuesday after buying and had already declared to ebay that they had. Asked for tracking and raised an issue with ebay as I had heard nothing the following Friday only to be told by the seller they had been too busy to send it after over a week. I appreciate that work and life in general keeps us busy but communicate this! Received a prompt refund after that as had to buy another item as needed the week before so was too late!

Sadly in this case the low price reflects the low quality, initially it seems good, comes with lots of different tips including a razor tip which you don’t usually get with these cheaper pens but the device itself hardly warms up ☹️ Couldn’t use it which makes it a waste of money and plastic waste. I bought my first one for £15 and it worked fine and lasted ages so this one needs improving, impressive price but not worth it if you cant use it! I would also recommend making the holding part slimmer as its awkward to hold since its so wide the whole way down, it needs a slimmer finger area. Hope this helps improve this product and anyone who is short for money like me & looking for a bargain, don’t bother until they improve it!
