Ok for it's money - but if you can afford better quality probably better to do so
It arrived with the strings in a pack so you need to find someone who knows how to string a cell. The guy I found was not impressed with the quality. The bridge needed filing down to fit properly. He also was not impressed with the overall quality. However, saying this it was in my price range although I have spent another 50 pounds to get it ready to play. I know for next time though to spend a bit more money, although I didn't want to do this until my daughter has a full size cello.
