I contacted the seller but got a quite unsympathetic and BS reply, stating that the marks were in the print and it was how their artist had designed the image to be and that I should have zoomed into the listing image and would have then seen it. There was no mention of this anywhere in the item description, They would not correct it and only offered me to return it for refund.Reply from: jessprints- Feedback replied to by seller jessprints.- Feedback replied to by seller jessprints.We explained that this print was a watercolour colour splash style and this was how the print was designed and intended to look like. On several occasions we offered a full refund if the product was returned as the customer wasn't entirely happy with their purchase. We did not give a BS reply as stated . We take great care over our designs and our customers .
