brokes after 11 days of use

The price was lower than I'd seen for most of these so I took a chance. Unfortunately it broke within 11 days. Scroll wheel stopped working and then the d-pad too. I opened it up to try to fix it but couldn't. It's a used product but it was a lot more used than I thought.
