All wrong

First off, the phone was not shipped in a box, but a simple envelope with a little bubble wrap. The phone is heavily damaged, much more so than the description says. Also, this IS NOT the 9810, but it is the 9800, which is the older model. Please, in the future, label your products accurately or don’t sell anything at all. Total rip off
