Perfect solution to leaking frost-free sillcock (an outdoor spigot)
Your questions make no sense. Does it brew quickly?, easy to clean? This product is packing for a plumbing spigot, not a coffee maker!
It was, however, the solution to my leaking spigot. This item was impossible to find at any store so I was very happy to find it online. The packing fit perfectly but the washer was slightly too large to fit. I was able to use the old washer so that wasn't a problem.

Good choice
It's nice and firm and doesn't crush flat when you use it. It is a good size for the average person but I do wish they came in a larger size.
