HP Prime II is the one
2 of 2 found this helpful Loved my HP 48g for many years. From high school through college to becoming an established Professional Engineer. Was heartbroken when it died at almost 30. Tried an HP 50g. The better speed was nice, but basically it was just a warmed over 48g in a new skin, but different. Hated it. It died within a year. Resolved never to love again. Found a 48g emulator for my iPad. Lived with that for a few years. It was ok, but slow and difficult to switch back and forth between that and other apps I was using. I finally decided to see what the latest HP had to offer was. Wow! Prime II is everything I hoped and dreamed! All the power I need and then some. Much better ease of use. Very pleased!

Nice inexpensive calipers
They arrived used, obviously, but filthy and full of debris. Therefore unable to make an accurate measurement two times in a row.
After a full tear down and a run through the ultrasonic cleaner, however, I am pleased with the tool itself. It is now accurate and reliable and smooth to operate.
