What a great piece of kit, a must buy.
I bought this watch because I was using my Uswing app on my phone but it was using all of my battery life, I did start using a battery pack to charge my phone as I was going around the course but this got tedious, I then started looking at the golf watches and looked on you tube for ideas, I do have the Garmin G80 which I use at the range, it’s perfect for me coz I use it every time at the range just to make sure I know how far I hit my clubs, a great piece of equipment and well worth the money, well, the Garmin S42 is the same, a fantastic piece of equipment, at the moment I use my app and my watch just so I can get used the the watch properly, I have my Fitbit on my right arm and my Garmin on my left arm, the Garmin strap is so comfortable it’s unreal, I know, it’s just a strap but what a strap. I didn’t think the face would be as good as it is, as I wear glasses to read close up, the Garmin S42 is very prominent and so easy to use, the screen is so easy to see even in bad light, there aren’t many instructions with it but it is really easy to use, trial and error but being as I play golf 3 times a week I’m getting used to it just fine, plus with the app it shows you everything, it’s amazing, I paid £209 for this golf watch but so far it has been a revelation, carry on the good work Garmin.

Very strong and robust
I have made a copper frame and wanted this product to stop the infamous cabbage white butterfly, have used cable ties to fix it to my frame and because it's so robust you can tighten it quite a bit without it breaking, maybe should have got a 2m x 4/8m because fitting the 4m x 10m was very tricky on my own, next year I intend to enlarge my framework and will definitely buy some more of this. Great fine mesh and great value.

Works perfectly
The battery is working very well and lasts quite a while, unlike some batteries I have purchased.
