It's a must in any kitchen !
2 of 2 found this helpful It is very easy to use. The notice gives some good indications about general temperatures and timings for each category of foods. The absence of a timer is not a problem. I just use the clock on my watch. I use it a lot at night so dehydration happens when sleeping and no one in the kitchen. This is my first experience and given the price it is a huge value for money. I have a whole list of YouTube demonstrations. I live in different places across the world and I will buy one for each. The space it takes is largely regained by the reduction in volume of the food and the price is quickly repaid by the possibility to buy in bulk.
