2 of 2 found this helpful The pips is of good quality. I found that the bowl was difficult to unscrew. Once unscrewed, I removed the metal insert and the draw was much better. The insert seemed to restrict the draw. The pipe now smokes much better.

PRODUCT QUALITY
0 of 1 found this helpful I rated this product good, however there is a defect / weak area between where the ratchet and the pad. over time this area becomes weak and breaks off. The plastic could be just a little thicker. I have had 3 break in the same place. I tried to super glue it, but that did not work. Also,, it would be great if I could just order replacement pads. Something to consider?.

Great product.
Works great. Combines 10 bags of leaves into 1 bag of mulch for gardens and flower beds.
