Vintage surround sound that still holds up today
Don't let their age and appearance fool you. These speakers pack a punch, and sound amazing without any calibration. I tested them with the subwoofer on medium setting, which was perfect. No other equalization was done on my part, as I didn't find it necessary. Bass is punchy and shakes pleasantly. Satellites have an excellent mid and high range. I played a speaker test on them and found that the volume is consistent across the frequency spectrum. I'd recommend these as great music speakers alone, but the added rear audio for movies and games really brings them up a notch. While I'm sure there are many better speaker sets than these, rest assured that there are many WORSE speakers as well. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Amazing little speaker
This box comes with four decently sized satellite speakers (aimed at each corner) and a sizeable internal subwoofer. This thing can get LOUD... floor-shaking loud... apartment nuisance loud... I think you get it. There are basic treble and bass boosting/reducing settings right on the speaker, which is all you really need since the mid-range has been balanced out incredibly well. I found that via Bluetooth, the volume was exceptional while via Auxiliary, the volume was actually very quiet even at max volume. HOWEVER, if using aux with an amplifier, the volume is more than loud enough and the quality is phenomenal. Every part of this speaker feels built to last with one exception - the handle bar. While it does its job, you need to be ginger with it as it feels like it could break easily, and given someone was selling the same speaker in great condition except for a broken handle, I would be mindful or at least carry it from the bottom.
With all that said - I love this speaker. It's extremely portable and the sound is definitely room-filling. To reiterate my advice - grab a basic amplifier if you want to use the auxiliary port, and be tender with the handle bar.

Get it for the heater, not the fan.
3 of 3 found this helpful Pros:
- Fast and efficient with small rooms. This heats up a small room within 15 minutes on high (1500W) at setting 4. Once warm, it can be switched to low (750W) and turned down by 1 to maintain temperature.
- Small. Doesn't take a lot of space and is easy to move around.
Cons:
- Noisy. Makes a notable but tolerable hum when operating.
- Cannot set a temperature. Numbers are for adjusting the run time, but you must experiment. Set it too low and the room will cool faster than it gets heated.
- Weak fan. Perfect for heating, but not for cooling a room during summer.
