  The supplier's courier reported that the package was damaged and did not deliver. I contacted the supplier and after 5 days the courier then delivered the package which was indeed damaged. One item was crushed and unusable but the other was functional and undamaged. Despite this the supplier gave a full refund for both items because of the inconvenience and requested me to give feedback. The supplier did all that they could and the problem lay with the suppliers courier, EVRI.
