  Thanks for the additional packing, it arrived intact this time. For your reference, the card at the back of the envelope is not particularly strong. Decided to make the most of the damaged print and may create a 3D effect on the print when mounted

  The product & timeframe is excellent. The product needs better reinforced packing that the seller hasn’t provided. Woeful. An A3 envelope with a cardboard backing. Inside the print was placed on thin bubble wrap with a very thin piece of cardboard on top. No good. It was delivered by hand by the Royal Mail but had been bent which thicker cardboard would have prevented. Also the envelope had an impact mark that has gone through to the print with a jagged inch long tear. Not happy.

  Sorry to hear it has arrived damaged. Had I known about this prior to feedback been left, I would have made sure this matter was rectified straight away. I have contacted you direct with a way to resolve and await your reply. All my other feedback speaks for itself, unfortunately mishandling by postage service is outside of my control.
