  I Had Issues with my item that weren't due to the Seller. But as soon as I reported the issues to the seller they dealt with it immediately and were very apologetic and issued a full refund even though it wasn't their fault. Having sellers like this gives me much more confidence buying on eBay. Very helpful would buy from again.

  A slight mix up with the cassette I received but within about 5 minutes of messaging this seller - I get a refund which I didn't expect or request! :) So that really is impeccable communication from them. And it was just an oversight as I find I am buying regularly from them now and they're a favourite for price, stock and condition anyway.
