Problems!!!
So difficult to program. Nearly binned the thing. Had to get my son to get it to work. Useless instructions. Would have given 100% 5 Stars if a normal person could plug and play. Why make it so complicated to pair this item.? Will it continue to stay paired ?

Removal Tool
With careful and gentle contact, badge adhesive rubs away very easily. Confidence soon builds and the process becomes quicker and easier. All in all a good tool. Would recommend.

Small and no good.
1 of 1 found this helpful I tried the device but found the sound quality very poor and distorted. It fitted well in the ear and choice of fittings made this easy. Very difficult to adjust. Just a poor quality item which is very disappointing as I bought two of them. If they actually worked as described they would be ok. These hearing aides are no substitute for the real thing. I hope that pensioners don't buy so as to save money.
