  your service is not acceptable. I did not receive your product ! instead I received a card from your delivery service stating that I should Contact them. I had to drive to the depot and upon arrival was told I could not have your delivery until I paid extra freight as you had not paid the correct amount. So I paid it , the product was OK. However you did not fulfil your contract as I had to pay more money than the price you stated. Your actions were not at all professional.
