Since this model of Chime only uses 2.4G...

Since this model of Chime only uses 2.4GHZ to connect to WIFI, it would not stay connected and drop off within minutes. I tried to factory reset by following the instructions, but the device would not reset. I ended up throwing this Chime device away and purchase the Chime Pro (V2), which connects to WIFI on 5GHz and 2.4GHz.
