Vortex sparc 2
5 of 5 found this helpful I have both the gen 1 and gen 2. They have the same mount. The gen 1 has a separate power button while with the gen 2 you push both the brightness buttons. The gen 2 buttons are a little harder to push, but it's brand new. The package included extra mounts, extra screws and the necessary hex wrench. The gen 2 came with removable flip up covers.
There's only a few differences from the gen 1. I loved that sight so much I had to get another one to put on another rifle. Vortex only makes the gen 2 now, but it should be just as good, maybe better. It's a great sight for the money, especially for on a defensive carbine. You'll have a hard time going wrong with this sight.
