Perfectly Adequate.
Not as good a build quality as the German made ones but not as expensive either! Perfectly adequate for the purpose of occasional use or leaving semi-permanently plugged in.

Good value product
It does the job well, provided it is used in accordance with instructions. I would rate it as suitable for occasional use, rather than continuous use in a commercial environment. The plug grommet is a very tight fit for 18mm aircraft plugs and would probably not seal well on car plugs following use for cleaning the 18mm type.
