Solid and light weight running shoe that promotes good running form
A lot of comfort and solidity to these running shoes so I think they will last well, but also they are quite light weight so you can do faster sessions in them no problem. They also promote you to run on your toes because of the shape of them, which is important for good running form. One slight downside is that on uneven, slanting sideways, surfaces they can feel a bit awkward. So, probably best for use on track, road and some trails. Maybe not a trainer for uneven trail surfaces, as they are not so flexible for all the different angles involved in that kind of running.

Quality Album
This album has a great flow to it from one song to the next, as well as having individually good tunes. It vies with Smash in my opinion for being Offsprings best album up to now

Potent and Quick Acting
1 of 1 found this helpful Found this to be quite a potent cream. Like a more potent version of the fisiocrem brand, which seems to be more watered down. I don't know how much ultimately it will help with my hip and groin problems yet, for now at least it does provide some temporary pain relief, and is as good or better than other products I have tried in the past.
