    Didn't send the item advertised, tried to ridicule me when asked for correct item and then told I could return at my expense, trying to make out that I was being unreasonable wanting the item that was shown and not an inferior substitute. Plus atrocious initial postage costs.

    The tyre supplied was as per the description. Clearly stated in the listing was the date of manufacture of the tyres in the range. The customer was told if they where unhappy with the item received to return the item using the eBay returns policy we always adhere to. As with all our customers we treat them with fairness and respect.
