This is the one!
Totally non stick. Cooks eggs, omelettes etc with no fat, just the right size for an egg sandwich.
Heavy feel, hopefully it will last

A lovely book!
Describes a meal from conception to consumption. Sounds a bit boring? Definitely not - it's very moreish.
