Chuckles rather than chortles
I bought this book for my husband as we had both thoroughly enjoyed "Boys don't knit". Whilst we both enjoyed it you definitely needed to have read the aforesaid to make sense of this one. I found some of the humour very predictable at times and not as funny as in "Boys don't knit". Worth a read nevertheless.

A practical solution which makes outdoor pursuits possible
My husband also suffers with Reynauds Syndrome and has tried several types of hand warmers in the past, however these have proved to be the best by far. They are easily portable (unlike the ones you have to light) so he can take them whenever he thinks he might need them e.g. football matches, golf, out walking, on boat trips etc Buying them in bulk like this means they are also very reasonably priced. They keep warm for a nice long time. Can't do without them!

Super Simple Greenhouse Thermometer
I have had min/max thermometers but this is the best I've had. It is sturdy and very simple to use. The digets are clear enough to see from outside the greenhouse and certainly without my specs! There are cheaper models but I think this is good value for money.
