Because her feedback was spotless,she says it is my fault.Was stressful for me.I was worried I had lost my money as the item is unusable for me. Horrible attitude,rejected a refund and cancellation.Even when I offered to pay for return postage and reimburse her postage.She refused.I had to get eBay to step in.Will never buy from her again.
