  The ordered Indian Sricks insects not send me first class. Come 6 days. The ordered 40 Sticks Insects comeonly 6 healthy and 3 disability 2-3 legs had and broken tails. Any others die come. Not recomended seller. The £4.99 post fee is cover the first class sending.

  All parcels are sent Royal Mail first class and normally take 1-2 days to be delivered. Unfortunately I was informed this time your local postman couldn’t access your property and there was no safe place to leave the parcel. It was completely out of my hands. I offered a refund but buyer didn’t accept. The stick insects are always sent with food and water incase of delays. Extra insects are included too incase of loss. Missing limbs are caused by stress but the insects can regrow lost limbs.
