  Seems to work fine, not sure about the loud fan noise it makes tho as the one I had before didn't make any noise, but battery says charged so it's done the job. Good seller, fast delivery and good communication.

  The noise is normal. All the fast chargers with a cooling fan are the same and do sound loud. Your previous one is the EC 18 which doesn't have the fan. The EFC18 is the Fast charger that has the fan, which allows it to fast charge. Thanks Jim
