It actually is a whole house humidifier
This is a well built unit which is quiet and effective. The installation is fairly lengthy and requires the person installing it to be able to work with water lines and cut and mount the housing in the supply plenum. In my case, there was not enough room, so I had to relocate a supply line to make room for the unit to be mounted in the upright position that is required for it to function properly. You also must run a water line to it and the a line for the overflow to be piped to the outside of the house. One issue that could be improved on is the sides of the base. You have to be precise in cutting out the opening into the plenum because there is no lip on the sides to form a good airtight seal. I have to use metal tape to get a good seal. I was installing it into a fiber plenum, but if you had metal, it would still be an issue trying to get an airtight seal. I have had experience in mounting humidifiers on furnaces, so I consider myself an experienced installer. That being said, it took me most of a day to completely install the unit and get water lines run to supply the water to the unit. The unit functions very well and it seems to respond to the humidistat to maintain a constant level of humidity in the house. I like the design and principle that this unit uses to put moisture into the heated air. It is well made and should function for a number of years if serviced properly. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a whole house humidifier.

Awesome Polar Express Observation Car
Great detail and color scheme. It is superior in quality to observation cars manufactured by other companies. This car is to be added to the Polar Express train that runs at the North Carolina Arboretum during their WinterLights event.

Sturdy and versatile.
I have used this product before and it is easy to install and works great. I had some in my previous house that had been in service for more than twenty years and never had any issue with them holding the speakers in the position that I originally set them. They are very sturdy well built.
