Satisfactory replacement part that should last years
This is a standard size item that worked fine and fitted as easily as intended. Some cheaper versions of the same come with a plastic inner receptacle that fits around the little shallow-toothed cog; those don't last long as the plastic tends to wear quickly. This one has a little metal receptacle and I expect it to last a lot longer. I'd call this a perfectly satisfactory replacement part that should last years.
